Everyday I walk through a little meadow with a lot of pine trees and they have these little pine cones on the ground. I read in an article that pine cones were good for bunnies but that was the only article I saw that in :/ Are they safe for rabbits? If they are is there anything I should be aware of before I give it to my bunny? I usually give him a log from Walmart for him to chew on but at the moment I can only afford his food and he’s done with the log (he ate it/chewed it to smithereens) and I feel bad for not getting him another toy to play with.

        Thank you for the help

Well, you do need to prepare the pine cones first, but they are good rabbit toys. Here’s a link that tells you what you need to do to the pine cones.
