I don’t know why I didn’t post more picture of him! This is Mr. Whiskers, my english angora who I adopted last year =) Since he uses his litter box perfectly I felt no reason to cage him. I think it’s easier on both of us =) I don’t know his age but the shelter told me he may be about 2-4 years old. He’s a happy guy and if I need him to come to me I’ll just shake the bottle of papaya tablets which he’ll do anything for, and he’ll come running over to me. He will let you snuggle up with him and doesn’t mind being picked up but doesn’t like being held for to long but I’ve caught him sleeping with my ex boyfriend!

The second photo was taken when I first adopted him. He had patches of hair missing and was so skinny you could feel his bones. Now he’s a nice chubster and is hair is nice and thick and no bald spots!

The third picture Whiskers is watching TV lol. Sorry about the garbage bags! I had to capture the moment and I didn’t get to take the garbage out yet.

He is a cutie! I love how he gives you smoochies. I’d be afraid of Beeslee taking my lips off especially if I held a papaya treat with them (bribe) LOL!

I know! He was sooo skinny. He wasn’t at the shelter long at all so they didn’t really have time to plump him up and get healthy again so the change has been HUGE since I first got him. I’m glad he’s a happy bun now

Yay! He’s so beautiful! All that FUR! (What is shedding-time like at your house, out of morbid curiosity? I just got mine, and they’re both short-haired, and I haven’t been through a full-blown shed yet, but I still find bunny-hair everywhere. Between keyboard keys, stuck to the condensation on my drink, in my mouth…blech!)

oh his hair is a HUGE issue lol. I’ve had to buy new fabric to put over my black futon because his hair gets everywhere! then when he jumps in his litter box he always ends up dragging some hay with him that gets stuck to his hair! i always tell myself he’s taking food for the road lol. i wish he could just step nicely out of the box and then shake like a dog lol or something to get the hay off because i find it everywhere!
I usually end up cutting his hair when it gets to be too long (which he absolutely HATES but then has a binky fest when he’s all done lol). If you brush your bunnies hair everyday that could help a lot with shedding.
