Here are a few cute pics I snapped of Lily hanging out with us downstairs last night. 

The cubes are actually for the cats but she loves to zip in and out of them!

Our cat Oliver is always near her!  They play all the time.  She will zip inside the cubes and he will stick his paws in and bop her on the head! hehe

She laid down under the cats’ little scratcher tent.

Oliver loves Lily’s Maze Haven too, as you can see! 

Since I know we all love seeing pics, I figured I’d share these.

is lily a dutch? or a dutch mix? or does she just look like one? i love dutchies and meeting others who have them too.

I would be more inclined to say she is a dutch mix but I really am not sure. I got her at a pet store. My next bun is going to be a rescue, that’s for sure! But, I guess in some respect, I still ‘rescued’ her!

Lily shares her woven bungalow with the cats- they think it’s the GREATEST scratcher ever!!!!

My youngest cat Oliver managed to squeeeeeeze himself through her little plastic tunnel one night too- no toys are off limits here!

I figure more toys=less trouble! hehe

that is so the truth my oldest bun is so destructive so i give him a bunch of toys and he stops his “annoy you” sounds he does just to let you know that he is annoyed that his toys are all destroyed or he wants somehting else to play with(he goes thru toys very fast) might have something to do with him not being neutered and having lost his bonded buddy a few years ago.  his most recent attention getting sound is to pull on the water bottle let go and it makes this very loud clang against his cage which he does over and over again until you do somehting about it.usually he wants attention/playtime/more toys lol (mostly more or different toys). lol he had this one that hangs from the top of the cage that he completely dismanteled in two days, i put it back together and gave it back to him trying to think why he dismantel a toy that all you have to do is chew the blocks off of lol. hes too smart for his own good  but i have known him so long that he knows what buttons to push in an annoying way (thats also why i love him so).

Thank you guys for the nice comments! We have three cats and Lily and they all are extremely spoiled- they are my furry babies for sure!! Oliver, who is pictured above, is the youngest cat and he’s the fondest of Lily.

Dreamless- your bun sounds like he definitely knows how to get your attention! I never hear much out of Lily. I just went into her room to see her and she had flipped over her little wooden hiding box on its side! That’s a first. Perhaps she’s a little upset today that I slept in later and her morning veggies were later than usual! hehe

tiger.lily.27- I went to the pet store to get a new beta fish (as my fish died) and I ended up coming home with Lily AND no fish! hehe My husband no longer allows me to go these places alone! I’d have a whole house full of animals if I could- I just LOVE them!!

what a beautiful kitty. and bunny. sadly only a few of my other aniamls get along with my bunnnies so that prevents the run of the house because although it would be fun for bun but unfair to the other larger aniamls to be  cooped up for bunny playtime. they have a room which isnt all that big but thats why i built very  large cages and a pen outside so even with limited space they still have different places to play.well i guess once all the buns are fixed and bonded in place of cages  will be a biit more space for play………question, should i attempt to make all the bunnies friends in some way so that maybe they could all play together? or just leave it to one cage playtime after another?

Hmm, I have no experience with bonding buns. Ideally it would be great if they could all be together but not sure what that would entail! hehe

Lily and Oliver aren’t roaming free together all day long. I still supervise their time together but soon, I will be creating a new habitat for Lily so Oliver *could* come see her if he wanted to- through the outside of the pen!

On a side note- I’d love to get another bun but I am afraid the bonding process won’t be successful and I’ll have to keep them separated! My husband is probably thankful that I have this fear- he says we have a full house as it is- he says, “no more room at the inn!”
