Hello all , I have an 11 month old lionhead/mini lop mix who I just got spayed on Thursday. She seems to be making a speedy recovery but I have noticed she refuses her timothy hay now and only want orchard grass hay, also she seems to not want her usual breakfast greens but still perks up for her treats. Is this normal? I have only ever dealt with a bunny after neutering before and he was never picky.

She’s likely still in pain which can make them not want to eat much. Did the vet send her home with pain killers?

Yes she sent me home with 3 days worth of meloxidyl and critical care.
