Does anyone have experience with bringing your rabbit to a pet friendly motel?

My work needs me for three weeks in another city and i don’t have anyone who can watch my rabbit for that long. Has anyone ever used a pet friendly hotel during their travels with a bun? How was it?

Are there other options I should investigate?

Never had to stay at a hotel with the bun, but to be extra sure before booking I would call them and explain that you have a rabbit and how you are going to house him (a cage, a pen attached to it and something to protect the floor if the room is carpeted shall do) + reassure them there won’t be furniture damage or noises/smells.

Of course the place will be new for the bun and it might stress a bit, especially because of new noises and smells, but three weeks is a long time, it’ll get used to it
