  Just got home from work and I let lux out and took her litter box out and noticed a spot which looked like coke on my closed laptop so I dabbed my finger in it to taste the pop and I’m like wtf gross and it was bunny pee. I noticed lux missed her litter box a little and pee went on the outside on the litter box so when I took the litter box out it dropped a little from the bottom so who knows how long it was there. Looked like my Dr Pepper. I washed my mouth out and swished mouth wash. Will I be ok it was litterally just a drop but still disgusting

  You’ll be okay The other day I ate a chip that had fallen on the floor. Apparently the three-second rule doesn’t work if there’s bunny pee involved!

  I’m sorry I admit I laughed, but if it had been me I would have been disgusted too. I think you’ll be fine, your bunny is healthy so there’s nothing to worry about Besides, I think urine is generally pretty safe and it’s poop that tends to carry any nasties.

  Yes urine is sterile, did you know doctors a long time ago used to drink and smell your urine to find out what was wrong with you?
