  Peanut and Buttercup are ONE YEAR OLD TODAY!!! Lots of presents for them and even a sing-song which they did not appreciate They’ve got a new blanket for their digging corner, some more giant legos which I’ve currently sprinkled dandelion over to peak their interest. They’ve also got a giant Willow Ring, some new stacking cups, plant pots, a bucket , a ball with a bell and a wooden barrel roller. Oh and a toy car and fire engine.

  Can’t believe they are already a year old, I’ve had them since they were 8 weeks. What a time it’s been – a neuter, a spay, bonding, Buttercup being poorly. Aside from her being poorly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve learnt so much about rabbits, and they’ve made me realise that no matter how sad/upset I am all I have to do is look at them for a smile Favourite moments would be the first (and only!) time Peanut groomed me and when he flopped right between my knees after I fed him Buttercup’s eskimo kisses and the many times she comes and boops my legs and then lays right up against me. Such love <3

  I’m having to give them their new toys gradually throughout the day so I don’t overwhelm them So far they’ve had their giant lego with Dandelion sprinkled over it, their Willow Ring, plant pots full of grass which they love and a bucket The blanket is fluffier than we’d anticipated so we’ve had to wash and dry it before we can give it to them. Peanut keeps eye-ing it up on the radiator

  I’ll leave Boston to the singing. He looks like he has a good set of lungs there. lol. And I don’t know if Im capable of singing Happy Birthday in key. My family has a tradition of deliberately singing it as badly as possible. It sounds like someone learning the bag pipes.
  
  I hope they appreciate all the new loot and show it with bunny kisses!

  Thank you for all the Birthday wishes They both had a great day yesterday, they wore me out I expect them to be very sleepy today. I think their favourite toy so far is the giant legos, the Willow Ring and the new blanket. Peanut was trying to drag it off the radiator whilst it was drying lol.

  Coming in late too, but happy birthday fluffballs! I wish I knew exactly when Panda and Fernando were born, I’ll have to see if their foster mom has an idea. I may have to celebrate their adoption anniversary in lieu of actual birthdate…
