  so in my other thread i mentioned that i had a hand vac story.
  
  when i was cleaning out the bunny pen, first i sucked up a few stray poos, then a few stray pieces of hay.
  
  then i was running it along the outside corners of the pen b/c the fur collects there and makes fur clouds.
  
  all of a sudden, there is hay flying around me, in my mouth, in my eyes. i’m spitting it out…
  
  i look down and realize with horror that when i rinsed out the hand vac filter basket… I NEVER PUT IT BACK IN. so there was nothing keeping the fur in. i was sucking it up and it was blowing right back out… and all over me.

  bwaaa hahaha! too funny. lol. i even laughed when i read “p-tooey”… great word. lol.
  
  i had an upright vac bag explode on me & my first bun once. lol. i had recently moved out on my own and for the first time in my life i didn’t have central vac. i had no clue how often i was supposed to change the bag. kept feeling it to check how full it was but i was feeling at the top and of course all the stuff settled at the bottom. duh. then all of a sudden *p00f*… grey dust eeeverywhere.

  huh… i wrote hay. it wasn’t hay flying… it was FUR! that was what i meant… and it was not pleasant.

  Hmmm…sadly, I don’t think this tops my vinegar incident.
  
  I do remember in 6th grade, the whole class went to camp, and a rival cabin had vacuumed before us, (you had to have your cabin clean before breakfast or you went without), and to slow us up, they turned the vacuum on ‘blow’ and we turned it on and found ourselves choking on their dust.
  
  It was hilarious and infuriating at the same time. D:
