So I come stumbling out of bed in my pajamas, with my hair like medusa, and my glasses on, in my pajamas, yawning, scratching my head (ya know, the whole beautiful morning diva sight going on there.) The first thing I do is go check on the bunnies, and I notice the webcam was torn off its base and swung around, and positioned in such a way that it made a part of the house visible – the part that I don’t want showing! And it’s also focusing right up at me! I look at it, and those little rascals had completely torn it off its stand, pushed that thing around, and must have chinned that thing to death to push it up so high.
I thought, ah well, so a little morning scary face won’t kill anyone, (well actually…this one could have) but THEN, I thought of my husband who isn’t so “modest” in the morning. He had to get up early for a meeting, so I asked him,”Eh….you weren’t walking around in your underoos, or worse…the full monty, this morning were you???!! He said….”EH,(mocking me)…. I don’t know, why?”….I then said, “Well, because then everyone got to see more than just bunny buns today.”
When I went back to check the cams from a viewer point of view, it would be really hard to see down into the house…but it wouldn’t be impossible!
Now the cams will have to drilled and fixed permanently!
Those dirty rotten rabbits. They were just hanging out looking like “don’t know who couldn’t have done that.” I swear I heard bunny snickering as I left the room.

Aina – Awe geesh.
Told my husband. Typical guy – maybe slightly embarrassed – but ONLY slightly. If it were me, I would have had to take a vacation!Okay, now I pushed it back further and underneath a cabinet. It would be very difficult for them to get there. But right now it shows too much floor until we can find a permanent solution. And our privacy curtain is now fully working and is shut, so only a few ankles an feet can be seen in the background even if it gets moved over a couple of feet to where I don’t want it. I can’t imagine what my shocked expression looked like on camera this morning. I looked at the camera, then screamed..AH!
Ah another embarrassing moment to put into the memory files. I thought I had enough embarrassing moments already in my life to last me a lifetime – guess not.

Yep, this story sure has made our friends who know us laugh too. My best friend just had a baby, and her husband said she almost laughed out of the hospital bed when I told them. So, I sure am glad there is some comic relief in this. And Scarlet, I WOULD crawl under a rock, but all the rocks are just way too embarrassed to have me near them.
SO, instead of hiding our heads in shame, we must embrace it…yes, we must be be strong….proud….and embrace the shame, like any foolish person would. So, here is the latest re-enactment of the whole terrifying morning. Here’s Steve….well, not MY Steve, but I decided Steve Carell face would have to do, over some anonymous body builders body. And I included Jack & Rucy, and you may recognize Mimzmum and Rabbitpam’s bunnies.

Yeah, that’s right – under Cage Arrest!
The whole thing happened yesterday morning because I was going to bed extra late something like 3 or 4am (I am an extreme nightowl; always have been) and I figured my husband would be up in a few hours, so I thought, they’d be fine for a few hours. They are usually out accept late at night when I lock them in their pen. The morning of the full moon was the first time they had been out at night! Then this morning we’ve been running around, so I was late in letting them out and in setting up treat time.
Beka – that’s a funny story!
I don’t know what it with the guys in my family! My dad told me a story of his embarrassing full moon. He told me once that he was working with a neighbor on some outdoor project. Well, it was a hot day, and my dad got overheated (he has a heart condition so it was very important for him to cool down. So he said he needed a quick break and a cool glass of water. He then went into the house and realized the air wasn’t on, but he felt like he was getting into trouble with heat stroke and couldn’t wait for the air to cool him down, so he took off all of his clothes and laid down face flat on the cool tile floor in the kitchen (okay, I know, that alone is just all wrong) but ANYWAY, he said he actually then fell asleep. Well the neighbor was wondering what was taking my dad so long and walked into the unlocked house. Well the kitchen is right smack in front of the front door. Not much warning, and well, the picture you have in your mind of what happened…did happen:Shock and pandemonium.
Liza – scarecrow – yes, that’s what I look like exactly! I have a hard time waking up, so for the first hour or so I stumble around and mumbe – not able to really get my words out. Steve calls me “Homeless Lady” then.
