  I know BB is located in the Bay Area. I was wondering if I can pick up my order instead of getting it shipped to my house. Please advise. Thanks.

  Op! Sorry. I was gone for several weeks, and now the email catch-up is a bit overwhelming.
  
  As far as picking up, sorry, we do not have retail location – only storage locations and our home. And for privacy and security reasons we do not allow pick-ups unless we know the person.
