How old is your rabbit?  That would give us an idea about feeding timmy hay/pelletts or alfalfa and how much.  OH how much does your rabbit weigh if you know it.

the yogurt drops are not good for bunnies.  The vegies you are feeding are fine.

Actually if you go up top to the green tabs and choose bunny info there is a diet section. That will tell  you how much pellet per lb of rabbit.

OH Carrots very small amount of those they are high in sugar. I get slivered show string carrots and give them 1.  I did give them 1 every nite. Though we are not supposed to treat them that much.  I spoil them I am sure all the rest of us here do too.

Romaine lettuce is better than iceburg.   Spring mix salad is usually a big hit with rabbits.  parsley cilantro mint sage they like all that stuff normally.

Ohhh the tomatoes    NO No No.   Onions either. Tomato are of the belladona family not good for rabbits.

houserabbitsociety.org has a good list of safe and unsafe fruit and vegies.  Go check them out.  OH and no potatoes either. Lol.

Made the mistake of giving some to my hamster and he didn’t come out of his house for 3 days.  He felt better the 3rd day and the 4th was much more active.

OK he is 1 year.  He is adult now.  for 5 lb  recommended feeding is 1/4 c pellets timmy pellets and timmy hay.  I do give occassional treat of alfalfa. I get a small bag when they start a big shed and every few days give them some.

I was feeding 1/8 2x a day and found cuttin back got Cotton to eat more hay.  Besides mine are under 5 lbs. So I can feed them a little less.

If your bunny gets too skinny up the food a little at a time. IF too fat lower the amount little bit and see.

Well I have to admit I give mine a treat after I groom them  and when they go to bed.  Sometimes just because.  It is so hard not to I know.

Like Bunnytowne said, he’s now ready to be transitioned over to the Oxbow Bunny Basics T (the “T” is for Timothy-based pellets). You can also start to reduce the alfalfa hay in his diet until he is only getting timothy hay (or orchard hay is a big hit with mine!) You don’t necessarily have to increase the number of pellets. The majority of his diet should be hay and veggies.

Tomato is okay… in a very small amount (just a sliver b/c it’s a fruit) and probably shouldn’t be fed everyday. I believe you only want to give the flesh, no seeds. A lot of buns won’t even touch tomato, but if your guy likes it, you can still give it occasionally as a treat. Do not give tomato VINES or LEAVES as they are TOXIC!!!

You’ll want to start switching him BEFORE you finish the current bag. You’ll have to transition slowly. Feed him 90% 15/23 & 10% T for a few days… then 80%/20% for a few days… 70/30… etc… until he is getting T completely…
