Hey everyone!!! It’s been a while since I last posted. Hope everyone’s well!!!!!!

As I was about to purchase Carefresh litter from Petsmart, I noticed a cheaper, better-valued alternative; “Full Cheeks”.

I know that this is Petsmart’s store brand, and is the new name for the “All Living Things” brand (I think???). Since the whole brand is sketchy, I really don’t know if it’s good or not, especially since the All Living Things litter would dye bunnies’ fur.

Is this litter safe????? Does it have any chemicals, baking soda, or anything else unsafe??? Can I use it in my bunny’s litterbox??????????

Thank you, and have a good day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are variations of the Full Cheeks litter — in my personal experience from rabbit boarding when an owner provided the Full Cheeks Fresh Linen Scent, the scent was very strong and all 4 rabbits who were exposed to the litter were all very tempted to eat it constantly. From this, I would say stay clear of any of their scented products. The unscented version of the litter is likely fine, since the litter itself is just paper.

Yes, I think the only thing to be worried about is fragrances.

Hello, thank you for replying so fast!

I should have mentioned this in the first thread, but are mites and other bugs a possibility in this bedding?

              Sorry, thank you once again!

Like any other packaged product, as long as it’s not somehow contaminated by something, there shouldn’t be concern of mites or bugs.

If you are asking about infestation deterrent abilities, that’s not something any litter has particularly. It is up to the owner to regularly clean a rabbit’s enclosure and provide ideal conditions to ensure a healthy rabbit and clean environment.

I’ve heard some people freezing the bedding to kill off any eggs or bugs in the litter
