  I am so nervous. I am taking Cotton to get microchipped today. I am scared. The needle must be pretty big if a chip the size of a grail of rice passes through it.
  
  I hope it doesn’t hurt him bad. I hope he doesnt’ squeal cause it hurts. All these things are going through my head again today.
  
  I am needle phobic so I will probably not be able to watch. I can stay there and close my eyes.
  
  Should I bring Ruby too? So Cotton has company? It would be easier to just bring Cotton cause I plan on going to Walmart to get something. OH dear.
  
  I think I will leave soon. Go to walmart first so he won’t be upset after his chipping and having to go to walmart with me.

  If you think havening Ruby with him will keep him calmer – especially while they are waiting in the car for you – then I would take her too!

  That went well. I told the assistant that I am needle phobic and would be so sad if Cotton squealed cause it hurt.
  
  She took them to the back and it was done there. I did them both I was gona do Ruby next month but I was there and had the $ so I went ahead and had her done too at the same time.
  
  The asst. brought them back to me and said they did real good that they are ok. It was a big needle but they did good. Phew. I hate hearing it is a big needle. Poor things.
  
  So I have them registered and all their info #’s etc in the safe all safe n sound in there. Glad that is over with. They seem fine. Cotton was glad to be home he hopped right out and started chewing on his cardboard house. Ruby went inside the cage on the shelf.

  Glad they did well – and that you maybe feel a little more secure knowing they have the chips.

  Yes I do feel better now about them being chipped. You just don’t know especially since I bring Cotton with me so much. And Ruby comes now too in the stroller or the car.
  
  They are doing very well tonite. Behaving as normal. Thats a relief. Though I haven’t petted them between their shoulders yet.
  
  Even though I have harnesses and leashes for them you just dont’ know.
  
  Cotton is the only one I take out and carry cause the 1 pet per place thing. Just don’t know with these neighbors.
