I thought I’d start one of these because I’ve missed looking at the picture thread every morning while I eat breakfast!

So October has been a big month for napping for Rufus and he always looks so cute when he’s sleeping, I can’t help taking photos.

He was sleeping so soundly here, I couldn’t help but tuck him in. Then I fell asleep and woke up half an hour later to him licking my face

He is also occasionally awake and causing mischief

Ox was in a very loungy mood the other day. Also, excuse the bad quality, my phone camera is only around 3 megapixels and the lighting wasn’t great.

Rufus, all sprawled out as well, lots of sleepy bunnies! I love how he’s shedding his fur in a neat little pattern on his face! So cute.

Thanks, NBO! He sure did fill out, especially down below. I’m going to call the vets in our area this week to get info on neutering. Luckily he’s not being too hormonal yet, except for honking/circling and a couple of accidents on the carpet.

Aww everyone’s bunnies are just getting cuter every month!! 

Last week I woke up later than I was supposed to (darn snooze button!) so I had to rush through getting ready for work and couldn’t pay attention to Simba like I normally do first thing walking out of my bedroom. He loves to push his litter box around with his nose since I think that makes the most noise and this is how he ended up in his attempts to demand attention…

Needless to say… I ended up leaving the house late because… how could I not spend time with him looking all cute?!
How many people agree that wanting to stay at home longer is a sign of being a bunny slave?

The bunnies have decided the windowsill is their new favourite hang out spot (I had no idea they could jump so high – guess I won’t be opening the windows ever again…). They were sat up there being cute so I told my boyfriend he should go get a picture. As he took it Rufus went for a massive yawn and we ended up with a hilarious photo as the result

We think it either looks like Rufus is screaming at Ted or projectile vomiting, haha.

Baxter n Boos mom: telling them apart isn’t easy! The only way I have is by slight differences in markings on their face…or the fact that Ted is the most sweet, gentle bunny ever yet Rufus is the rebellious one and will dig or nip me when I’m sat with them! Obviously Bill being black makes things easier. I had planned on getting 3 different colours but the other one which was light grey died when it was a little baby

Yes, I did this to my poor little bunny rabbit… but shockingly she just sat there while I put it on and didn’t give a darn at all so I just kept going… ahahaha.  I only had it on for a few minutes but looks like she’s going to be the one staring in all the dress-up pictures from now on!!!!

mijOok, I was definitely late to the (grad school) office more often than not, because I couldn’t just leave without giving Merida pets. And that picture of Simba passed out makes me laugh every time!

Merida watching her “bunny-daddy” play video games (I hope he doesn’t find out I posted this lol- he thinks he looks too nerdy, I just think it’s fantastic lol)

“fancy” (aka $$) timothy hay with dried mint in it is a hit!

Merida’s favorite spot to chill, at least until bunny-mom ruined all the fun and started using the chair again. And she loves to push the blocks over whenever I stack them up.

Ha! Dwarf Sparrow that’s so funny, Rufus goes crazy for my keyboard. Sometimes I think he’d lick it all day if I let him. I think he likes the smooth aluminium. He’s a big licker generally, his other favourites are my face, hands and pillowcases. Oh and my neck if I’m carrying him around. Little weirdo.

I love the pic of Merida playing video games, they both look so focused. Timothy Hay mixed with dried mint sounds amazing! Does she have fresh minty breath?

Merida likes the aluminum too, especially where I rest my hands- and she’s also a big licker (anything she can reach, though jeans will do if my hands aren’t nearby- and the rug sometimes for no apparent reason). My boyfriend and I think that when she licks me while I’m holding/carrying her, it’s more of a “I’m fond of you, please put me down now, I’m sorry for whatever I did to deserve this….” than a “yay! here are kisses for holding me”

The dried mint doesn’t really give her minty breath that I can notice, though fresh mint definitely does! Sometimes when I’m hanging out with her and she’s being affectionate, I’ll give her a mint leaf after she eats a cecal so I’m less grossed out by the fact that she just ate a poo and then tried to go right back to licking me lol

Annabel, they ARE all three siblings! I didn’t ever really have to bond those three either. I didn’t have to go through the stress, horror, and pain of bonding until I added in the fourth and then the fifth (both of my Lionheads!). It was worth it though – I absolutely LOVE having a large group.

Simba is our pride and joy when it comes to being absolutely unbearably cute… I’m pretty sure there’s nothing on earth cuter than my Simber Bun. My Tans are absolutely majestic as all heck and Nora is just plain gorgeous/beautiful. So they all have a high place but Simba takes our cake for cuteness factor!

Dwarf – I have to laugh at the “Awwwww, baby Tans!” Baby Tans are nothing but trouble!!!!! Hahahahaha.

Dwarf Sparrow – I was pretty amused to find Simba passed out like that, but proud that he feels safe enough to do so… or what mischief he was up to overnight to be that worn out! LOL I love that pic of Merida with “bunny-daddy”, must be some great graphics on that video game

tanlover – your Simber Bun definitely wins in the cute category! Nora is very pretty – will you be putting a Halloween costume on her?? I’m so tempted to get one, but I don’t think I’d be able to get my Simba to wear it…

Autumn is setting in here in the UK. It’s cold outside so Tizzy and I are mostly staying indoors eating!

I was going to post this in Habitats and Toys, but it didn’t work out the way I imagined… so I’ll just share some pics here!
A big project at work used a lot of packing paper that was going to be discarded at the end, so I kindly (excitedly) asked to take some home for my bunny

I used it to make a “Bunny Ball Pit” imagining Simba would be happily jumping around in it like children or at least use it like a diggy box…

But he only took one ball out to nibble on…

I even tried to lure him in to peak interest with a piece of carrot in the middle…

But he just stuffed his face forward to get it and went back to chilling on his tiles

Buddy got really annoyed with me yesterday. His cardboard castle finally collapsed (he’s been chewing and scratching it for ages) and he was so happy but I thought it would be a good idea to put it back together for him. He hated me for a few hours after and kept giving me nasty looks

Hey everyone!! It has been so0o0o0o long since I have been on BB! I knew I had to post something in the October picture thread because October is my bday month YEY! (OCT 5) I shared my bday with my bunny this year because I received her on my bday lat year from my bf as a gift! I do not believe how many weeks the pet store said my baby was. They said 5 weeks? Isn’t that wrong to do?! Anyhoo, it meant a lot to see my boo embrace that I wanted to share my birthday with Enzo and got her some gifts! So I will share some pictures from that as well as some funny bunny pictures! yey!

always gets red eye with flash! – i made her this present and used raffia as ribbon. i put some of the sticks from her bunny-daddy in it lol

here she is with the rest of her presents! i am not sure about this treat log. i used to get them for her all the time. but lately i have not been letting her chew on the stuff in the middle just the hay and log itself

my boyfriend and my sister surprised me by having balloons alll ovverrrr my room when i got home with messages and inside jokes on each one! here is one that is bunny related lol
