My spayed bunny Daisy is litter box trained. She’s very good, aside from a couple of random poops here and there, but she always pees in her box. I recently moved to a literally identical apartment (I now have sliding doors to a patio where a wall used to be) but everything else is the exact same set up! I put her litter box in the same spot which is between the living room and kitchen. When I initially moved there were some random pees and poops around which I figured was territory marking. But now, she goes pee and poop right next to the box! She rarely goes in her box now except to eat her hay. I’m cleaning pee and poop piles every day, and I’ve tried moving her box around the same area, but its still the same. I don’t have money right now for an x-pen to limit her space, but she only roams around the living room and under the kitchen table anyways so I’m not sure how much to “limit” her freedom. I don’t think its anything medical because it started to happen as soon as I moved.

I now have a plastic runner next to her box to easily wipe up the pee. I thought maybe she didn’t like that I kept cleaning it so I put a towel down so that it would “smell” like her and maybe she would stop, but then that got too smelly and I just took it away so I continue to clean the pee off the plastic runner now. I feel like I’ve tried everything

        Any advice is appreciated!! <3

I don’t know why the pictures rotated after I uploaded them?

Although it looks the same, it doesnt smell the same. New territory = new places to mark! I would give her a few months to settle in with some extra litter training. If she really refuses to toilet anywhere else, why not move her litter box there?
