Not using litterbox: a month ago my bunny had GI stasis, now he is having persistent mushy poop. Since his stasis recovery, he is using his litterbox on and off for pee. Does anyone have the same experience with mushy poop bun peeing outside the litterbox? Now he is using a specific area to pee close to his litterbox but not using the litterbox and with mushy poop he always poop here and there. He is eating and drinking ok otherwise, urine looks clear.

What is your rabbits diet like. You also might need to move the hay in to a larger litter box to re-train. Since most rabbit eat and poop almost at the same time.

Hmmmm, loss of litter box habits can be related to not feeling well, so maybe he’s still having some GI discomfort along with the soft poops.  Are his poops always soft? Do you notice normal poops mixed in, or all they are mushy? Is he eating plenty of hay?
