How does the hay look? Did she eat hay before you got her? What kinda of hay is it?
Sometimes if you play with the hay and the bunny it can encourage her to eat it.

I would contact the HRS that you adopted her from and ask what type of hay they were feeding her also find out if you can purchase the hay from them. I would imagine the hay from Walmart is probably not the best quality hay out there – that’s fairly typical for all store bought hay.

Also you may want to find out how much pellets they were feeding her to make sure you aren’t over feeding her on the pellets.
