Our two bunnies constantly twitch they’re nose, we read somewhere it was what they do when curious but we were wondering what they could possibly be so curious about, they do this all the time and it’s fast twitching not slow

All bunnies twitch their noses all the time. It’s how they smell the environment around them.

When they sleep or are relaxing the twitching should slow down.

Sometimes super fast nose twitching can be a sign that they’re too hot. Do you live in a hot country?

Twitching is general alertness. You can think of it as whenever your rabbit is actively thinking about something, their nose should twitch.
