so its new years eve and im really excited!!!! last new years buttons watched us all eat and he didnt get anything. so this year i want to give him something. i was thinking alitte bunny cake…. some oatmeal, pellets, ripped up parsley and honey for binding. then form a teeny little cookie and bake it until it is firm enough to serve. we are just celebrating at home, so i have time to make something after dinner. or maybe even an extra papaya tab would do. or some carrot. what are you treating your bunnies too?

Personally, I would make some modifications to the recipe…use rolled oats instead of oatmeal and skip the honey. The oat and parsley moisture will bind the mix hopefully. You could add a tiny amount of banana for flavour if you want. Bunnies have TONS of taste buds so you only need a small amount of sweet things to get the desired effect (a treat crazed bunny). Honey is really really heavy on the sugar.

That would do, or even lots of head pets. I sometimes give my buns my apple peel and they love it. It’s tons of fibre and enough sweetness to keep them happy. Plus you can give them all the peel and they think they’re getting loads of treats.

I got some more blueberries and small sliced carrots.   They get a little dessert for bed time.   I made some bunny treats too.    I got a variety of  vegs too.

Has anyone an Aldi’s where you live?   We went and I found spring mix lettuce for 1.69  I got 2 bags.  At the regular grocer they are 3.99 and up.  Wow I like Aldi’s     So do my buns.

OH by the way  I used the restroom there.   It is hilarious.    A big huge room with one lonely toilet all the way in the back.  No stalls nothing but a toilet a sink and paper to dry.   lol.

I mean the size of the room  for 1 little lonely toilet    rofl.
