New Kennels @ Rescue / Lucky Bunnies!

Thanks to the ideas from these photos from the Rabbit Rescue shelter in California, we are building BEAUTIFUL condos, with lots of room, carpeted shelves and recessed litter boxes for all of our residents!

Please make these condos possible for our bunnies. We already have one built, and we need to build six more. Considering that the labor is all being donated, we feel especially confident that loving pet owners (of all types, not just bunny folks) will help us reach our goal, and build these perminant, roomy, beautiful and VERY easy to clean condos (compared to the HORRIBLE plastic cages we’re dealing with now).

These cages will each house one or two bunnies in between play time in excercise pens, and will be decked out with toys, enough room to stretch and stand VERY tall, a shelf to climb and sleep on, and a recessed litter box, making it easier to train them and cleaner for our volunteers.

Each cage sponsorship REALLY makes a difference. So please – go – donate. Dedicate a cage to your pet, our rescues, your family, or someone you’ve loved who has passed away. We’re happy to put any photograph and message you’d like on the cage plaque, and you’ll recieve a photo of your cage along with the bunny who will first be housed in the condo YOU sponsored, as well as a thank you card, and receipt for your tax-deductable donation. (Please note, our 501(c)3 is in the hands of the IRS as we speak, so reciepts will go out as soon as possible!)

Thanks guys!  These condos are taking like 9 hours a peice with three volunteers, in order to get them together – but they are wonderful. I am so happy with how much space the bunnies will have, and how much easier it will be to clean them.

Do any of you live in Florida?  We need foster homes and volunteers 😀
