Hi. My name is Heather I’ve got a bunny obsession. Total count is 26. I’m not a breeder or anything like that.
Let me tell you how it began my son was using the weed eater and hit something a nest of baby wild bunnies all took off but 1 I thought it needed help 2 days later I released her because she was fine and keeping a wild animal in illegal in pa. I was heart broken but my hubby said you can get a bunny as a pet. Woo hoo so unknowing to me my first baby would turn into 26 now. So found a lady who rescues bunnies and breeds a few here n there and also shows them. She and I became instant friends and 19 of my bunnies came from her. Long story short I’ve got her sweet babies she could no longer keep and didn’t want to give them to anyone who would use them for meat or breeding. 1 bunny we got from a guy my hubby works with they didn’t want to keep her. And 1 bun 2 days after she was given to me had 4 babies. And just last week 1 of mine had 2 babies because dixon my first bunny was a naughty boy.
I’ve got a few different breeds. Holland lops, mini rex, netherland dwarf, dutch, mix lion head / dutch, mix lop / dutch (2 babies just born last week) and 4 kits from a lop mother but unsure of the daddy.
Mommy of Winchester, Colt, Apoc, Morpheus, Chunky, Ace, Harry, Dixon, Midnight, and Babu those are my boys
And Snickers, Luv, Cotton, Glade, Spoonful, Flicka, Snow, Geisha, Sugar, and Kiss those are my girls
And kits born 7/23 pepper, onyx, casper, and patches kits born 8/4 both unlimited named.
Oh yea I’m married and have 2 teenagers, 3 angel babies and 5 dogs

Welcome !! “Goodness gracious me” was all I was thinking when reading your post – and also “good on you” !!
Are they all bonded ? Obviously not naughty Dixon (
) but I just can’t imagine 26 bunnies !! how lovely !! It’s a mini “rabbit island” !
How long ago did you get your first bun? How long did it take to escalate to 26 !! lol
