I’ve had my female bunny a couple months now.  I guess she is about 6 months.  The past two days she has been chasing me around the house, biting my pant leg, stomping and making a weird little gurgling noise at me.  When I inevitably trip over her she gets mad and seems to want to ‘face off’ with me.  I have been having to lock her in a room to avoid this.  She has a pen but I also free roam her when I am home.   She seems agitated and not as relaxed as usual.  What could be going on?

It sounds like she has hit puberty. These behaviors are normal. There’s likely territorial aggression and frustration going on as a result of her hormones. This will likely resolve if she is spayed, which I highly recommend.

Notably, these aren’t really behaviors you can “teach” out of a rabbit, since it is natural instinct. That being said, doing things like respecting her space might help.
