My bun passed not too long ago and I recently got a new rabbit, a black otter mini rex named Nelly! It amazes me how they each have their own unique personalities like people. She’s a polar opposite to my last bun (so not laid back at all, doing zoomies almost every 5 mins!) but maybe it’s because she’s a baby (3 months). I’m going to be stressed when it’s time to spay!

She’s absolutely nuts out of her cage, and when it’s time to take a break she would climb her cage like a rat, which I didn’t even think was possible with rabbits! I had to line her cage with coroplast.

What a beautiful bun! I agree, they all have such unique characters ? After the passing of my previous bun I never thought it would be possible to have the same amount of joy as I had with him. But since we adopted our new girl life just takes another direction (in such a great way ?).

I’m new here and I hope to see more of Nelly ???

                Cheers
                Trudy
