I have Skittles who is a dutch 1 year old and my baby.  Recently the local fair gave bunnies away as a prize and I ran into a lady who wasn’t sure what she was doing and I gave her my phone number- if she needed any help or had questions.  She called and didn’t want the bunny anymore and Snowy became mine.  She is white.  Not sure what kind.  My question is- how do I go about introducing each other?  I don’t want them to attack each other.  Please let me know what I should do with my sweet buns.

Try this websites and click on Bonding … has some very interesting reading. Remember some bunnies just don’t bond, but others with patience and consistency can work. But don’t rush and force.

welcome Christen1008! I would agree with Dawn’s recommendation to check out the section on bunny bonding – there’s lots of helpful suggestions and information.

Are both bunnies spayed / neutered yet? Bonding intact bunnies isn’t an easy thing or generally recommended.

Skittles is fixed but Snowy is not yet. And Skittles was just done, and I know not to try for 2 weeks. Should I wait until both are fixed or is just Skittles being done enough?

                Hello and Welcome Christen1008!

How sad that they were giving bunnies as prizes and what a good samaritan you are to make sure they are OK!  I would recommend having them both be spayed before you begin the bonding process, if they are not, Snowy will be very hormonal and territorial and it will be harder for Skittles to get along with her.  Definitely make sure to go slowly.  A "scary" car ride is a good idea if you have a friend who can supervise the bunnies in a kennel while you drive around slowly.  This will make them huddle together.  So exciting that you got a white bun, those are my fave they are very hearty, sweet, and friendly (OK, I guess I am stereotyping, but I have yet to meet a white bun that doesn’t have a great personality!)
