Blue took about a month before he was no longer nervous and scared being around me or my boyfriend. Bombur took a little over a year, and hes still not fully comfortable yet (hes still terrified of all strangers, but he feels comfortable enough to be pet by my boyfriend and i). Badger was instantly comfortable with everything and everyone
Bonding with bunnies can be pretty simple. If hes a curious bun, you can just lay on the floor and let him explore you. Avoid trying to pet him or reach for him while hes investigating you. This will help him get used to your scent, and you being around him in a completely nonthreatening way. After a week or few, you can start handing him treats, greens, or pellets when he comes near you or crawls on you. This will show him again that you are nonthreatening, and that you provide goodies! After he is comfortable sitting near you or on you while eating his treats, you can try petting him for a few seconds while hes nibbling. If he runs, dont chase, then go back to a few days of not reaching for him before trying again to pet him
