Naughty jumping bunny!!

At the bunny sitters when I picked up Franz last week, Jen said “Franz earned himself a roof!” indeed he had. She had to switch from a standard x pen to a 42″ x pen and she still kept finding Franz running around. He’s hormonal and looking for love! Lol. The he made the other bunnies pee in the corners of their pens. She said he could clear it in a straight jump. Now I know why I want to do agility with him! She had to zip tie a roof on his pen lol. Two nights ago Franz got on top of his 5′ condo with the help of his other cage… When I came to say hello in the morning I found a half eaten bag of papaya treats on the floor >.< I couldn't believe he got up there. He learned that jumping on Things gets him yummies and I found him on the kitchen table as well... Lol. I don’t know if I mentioned earlier but Ive been having to use two baby gates stacked to keep him contained. One pressure gate on top an a swing gate underneath. I got sick of crawlin under it real fast so last night I had to make his condo higher and build a big gate out of cubes. It’s so neat I’ll post it later. I also got him an air purifier and a shop vac mini lol. Spoiled bunny! His room is so fresh, I totally recommend an air purifier. It’s really quiet and I keep it up highland pointed at the wall so no breeze. Also I contacted my vet right away and she said to watch for bloating and that he should be ok other than that. He was sooooo hyper all night!! He was bouncing off the walls an playing with his toys like he was on crack lol. His belly shrunk in a few hours and he calmed down. No treats for him for awhile!!

LOL! My girls can clear their pens too, not even a sheet for a roof keeps them contained. Good luck to yah!!

I found increasing their space and giving them more exercise worked wonders, agility will be amazing for you.

I hear ya!  Two nights ago Griffin woke me up by jumping on the couch.  I was really bummed because it was 4am- and I KNEW I had to wake up- put him back and figure out something to deter him.  I bought the 4 ft tall xpen and he still jumps out.  I have no idea how long he was out before he woke me up.  But he was a good boy and did not get into anything that I know of.

About that air purifier …does the room smell better at all or is it just keeping dust and dander down? I am very interested in one …5 bunnies and an aquarium in my room is like swamp bunny. Lol!~ Oh I should make a sign on my bedroom door! Beware of the swamp bunnies!

The room smells amazing. It smells super fresh, more fresh than outside. I ran it on full blast for a few hours while I cleaned the carpet with the shop vac and then put it on low and in the morning I was stunned that Franz’s room smelled better than mine lol.

I got a sign that says “beware of attack rabbit” lol he’ll attack you with snuggles! <3 hehe swamp bunnies!! So cute.
