  I’ve noticed that there are a lot of people having trouble cutting nails, even with two people so I wanted to share a little trick I’ve figured out. I learned this from working as a dog groomer, and dealing with feisty little dogs that try to bite when getting their nails clipped. If your bunny is anything like mine, they will put up with just about anything for a banana. The trick is to basically offer them about a thumb full of banana (or strawberry) that they can munch on while you clip their nails. Most of the time, buns can only focus on one thing at a time, and my guess is, it’ll be the banana. I find when using this method by myself, I can usually do either the front paws or the back paws before they finish the banana, but with someone holding the bun and banana for you, you can usually cut all the nails pretty quick (if your comfortable cutting nails).   That’s a great tip. My sneaky bunny would try to grab the banana and run away with it – on her long, uncut nails!
