  So ive recently noticed my 4 month old bunny has one iris smaller than the other , like drastically . he has recently been to the vet to be castrated . What could be going on?

  I take it you mean pupil, not iris? If I’m wrong, please correct me.
  With uneven size pupils, you’d suspect a neurological event affecting the nerves controlling the contraction of the pupil. If you shine a flash-light into the bigger pupil,(or cover her eye for a bit then remove the cover in a brightly lit room), does it contract at all? Uneven size pupils is sth you always want to take seriously, so I think you should call your vet and ask.
  
  An injury to the eye itself can also be the cause of a permanently dilated pupil.
  
  Is he otherwise fine? Eating, drinking, pooping, hopping around?
