Look around the floor and her cage to see if she was actually eating or just chewing it up and spitting it out. My rabbits love to chew wood pieces but rarely actually eat it and end up spitting it on the floor in little bits that are hard to see. If you can’t find anything I would definitely take her to the vet quickly but if she is still eating, pooping and acting normally then I wouldn’t fret too much. Definitely take her to the vet, though.

If you can’t find any pieces, but she’s still eating, pooping and acting normally, call your vet. They might not want to see her unless she has any symptoms, but the safest thing is to call and ask.

It’s not uncommon for rabbits to eat non-food, luckily they tend to chew very thoroughly, and that of course helps a lot with digestion. My rabbit Yohio once took several big chunks out of a leather bag and I didn’t notice until the next time I needed the bag, so he got through it all without any sign of illness.

Make sure she drinks. If she’s getting greens, serve them wet for extra hydration. Hay is also very good for the bunny tummy, because it has a lot of indigestible fiber that helps get what the bun has eaten go through quicker. Bunnies can’t vomit, so what comes in must come out in the opposite end.
