My OTHER bun, Snickers

Here is my 4-year old, sweet Holland Lop girl.. who has been wanting a mate for.. forever!

Oh she’s gorgeous! She’s 4?? Wow, I hope Mimzy looks that good when he’s 4! ^_^

Yep, they’re a match made in (bunny) heaven, LOL!

Yes, Snickers for the candy bar, haha!  She turned 4 in June.  She is house-only, and eats only oxbow pellets (2 tablespoons 2x a day) and oxbow timothy hay, plus greens.

He’s only a year and a half old. And a little heftier than he looks here, believe it or not. This was taken last January, I think.

Awww, he looks like a love-bun, too!! Were you told what color he was, when you got him? I was told Murray was a black tort, and I’ve never heard of that, nor know what it means.

Mimzy is an “only child”?

Tort would be short for ‘tortoiseshell’, a type of black/brown/tan coloring. I think someone here told me Mimzy was a blue tort (wasn’t that you, bunnytowne?), but I can’t find any ‘blue’ on him. ^_^ I think that means there’s also a little gray mixed in.

I’ve also been told his color could be called ‘sooty fawn’. But as he’s a bunny that was left on my hubby’s business doorstep, I don’t have any other info about him to this regard.

Mimzy has a bunny somewhat bonded to him. My daughter’s half lionhead female (spayed) named Pip.

And this week I just rescued a little mini rex who is taking my heart away that I’ve named Fiver.

All three buns appear to be roughly the same age. Fiver just got here, so he hasn’t officially ‘met’ the other two yet.

Aww, thanks. It was a really hot day, and she was outside. We were spraying her very lightly with water, and she actually liked it! That’s why she looked a bit wet and ruffled.
