My life was so manageable until now…

We got a 10 week old puppy! Oh lordy. I’m going absolutely crazy and don’t know why I have done this to myself. The work is undescribable and I’m exhausted! We got Stella, an English Yellow Lab last Saturday. Edson really does not care but then again we have Stella contained in the kitchen/dining room area. Anyway, I haven’t been on the boards at all this last week because of our new additon.  Here’s a couple pictures.

Oh my word, that is just too adorable! As Rachel would say, my head is going to explode from the cuteness! The work is so worth it and rewarding though, it will all seem like nothing when you’ve got such a cute and furry companion (other than Edson of course).

Thanks!  Mim – that’s so good.  I’m doing clicker training as of today since I have been pulling my hair out with her wildness.  She already has learned to sit in just a few times.  It’s the potty thing that I am hoping will work like they say it works in 6 days! She’s great in the crate.  I put her to bed at 10 and she woke up at 5 so that’s 7 hours of sleep.  But then this morning she pee’d 3 times in 20 minutes in the kitchen! Ahhh!  I was ready to scream!  That’s when I decided to investigate training and found this great dog training program based on clicker training! This time around I want a well behaved dog!
