My Dream Bunny Room

Okay so my boyfriend and I are moving along and getting serious. And in the near future we will be getting engaged, and have already started to skim for houses, deciding what we want. <3

Yay!

So came the discussion of the bunny room. And I have this vision…..

A single bedroom right? With a small area, maybe about three feet big gated off where they cannot reach. The floors to be that rubberized waterproof cement stuff, and a thin coating of that about three inches up the wall. Mainly so this area would now be waterproof. And covered in fresh dirt. All of the floor except for that small gated off area.

Then there would be small pillars around the room, and a ramp (A carpet covered ramp, so they can get good grip while walking on it!), leading to a second floor that would be tile for them.((The pillars would help fully stabilize and support the second level)) Large enough that they have plenty of space to get around and chill on their second level, but small enough that mom can easily reach across it all to clean both the level, and the floor below the level.

There would be a built in hay rack, into the wall, as well a water fountain feature thing like they have for cats, where the water is always moving. ((We had one until Chom broke it. They LOVED it though.)) But this one would be bigger, and sturdier so they can’t knock it over to break it. And toys, toys galore in this earthy, wonderful room for them! Maybe even a tiny patch of grass that I can grow for them to nibble on!

All within the confines of one room. I think that would be a bunny dream home right there.

*sigh* I would move in there with them. Dirt… fresh dirt! I miss dirt… (I live in sandy Kuwait)
