My bunny is trying to suckle on me?!

My rabbit Negan has been acting clingy and has taken to nipping me when I stop petting her but now she’s acting even stranger. Now she’s been trying get under me and acts nervous until she is, like under my arm or some other part of me. Once she’s curled up close to me or has my arm under me she’ll calm down and sometimes doze off but the she’ll start sucking my skin or clothes. At first I thought she was nipping but it does feel like she’s trying to suck. I don’t know what’s going on. She’s almost 3 now, and has never acted like this.

This has been a very difficult year for her as we had to renovate and she and our other rabbit had to be confined to a cage for a period of time . She hates cages and will get violent when in one. But at first when it was all over and she was back running around and bacl to her normal routine she seemed fine. Anothing thing that could be a factor is hurt my knee bad enough I could no longer get on the floor with her like I used to. Before I would sit down whenever she seemed like she wanted attention and play with her. She’s learned she can get all the attention she wants when she jumps up on the bed with me. But now she’s acting nervous unless she’s right next to me and is trying to bury herself me. And now she seems to be trying suck on me. I’m not sure.

Can anyone shed light on what’s going on?

I’m not sure at all, I’ve never heard of a rabbit trying to suckle. Any odd change in behaviour and I would be taking my rabbit to the vet if possible. Maybe Negan is sick? Particularly if she’s acting clingy…
