My rabbit is 6 months old on the 11th and she used to be super active and ran around like crazy and was bilnkying. Now she’s being lazy and just lays around. Is something wrong? help!

If she is eating and pooping she is most likely fine. She might be bored with we environment or just content as bandit does this often when I let him free roam around. Try adding a new toy or box, concrete tunnel from Lowe’s (remove wax interior layer) or an enrichment toy

Is she just relaxing or is she lethargic?

A bunny gets less active after puberty. It’s normal. But as Sarah and BC are saying, there’s a difference between normal “laziness” and abnormal. A bunny that’s not eating and/or pooping isn’t well.
