So, although I’m a little low on cash at the moment, I think I’m going to finally crack and order Edmund a Maze Haven while they’re still on sale. He really needs it. I worry that he doesn’t have enough toys/stimulation to keep him occupied… He just seems to get bored so quickly with everything I give him. :/

Before I go ahead and buy it, I’m wondering if there are any other absolute MUST HAVES you guys can think of that I should get for Edmund at the Binky Bunny store (i.e., anything you can’t imagine your little bun getting along without)? Right now, my mind is on toys, but if there’s anything else at the store you think a bunny should have, please let me know.

Thanks so much in advance for your input. Edmund thanks you for saving him from a life of boredom.

I love all the willow toys and the grass mats. They’re very cheap and my buns have fun tearing them apart.

Well, I can speak to the treats since my old buns aren’t very playful but they love their treats. The Organic Barley Treats are a big hit, also the Simple Rewards Timothy Treats and the Veggie Treats get binkies at my house.

Thanks, guys! I ended up buying Edmund a Maze Haven, a new litter box, a sea grass mat and the Organic Barley Treats you recommended, Sarita. I really hope he likes everything.

My buns love the seagrass mats and the barley treats! I don’t have room for a mazehaven but I know they are very popular here with people’s rabbits!

Don’t forget about the mini haven which is smaller than the original maze haven. That’s what I got.

I just received my BB order on Friday and so far, my bun has been playing in the Cottontail Cottage which is in his room (aka my bedroom). He hasn’t spent much time yet exploring the Maze Haven which is out in the living room. I also have limited space but I made it into 2 levels and tucked it under the dining table. He’s definitely liking his fruit chews (balsa wood) and willow toys. I haven’t given him the balsa kabob or oat/alfalfa stick yet but I’m sure he will love it!

My bunny is crazy about the willow toys and the flavored balsa.

Thanks for your recommendations, everyone! <3

My BinkyBunny.com order arrived today! So far, Edmund seems to love his seagrass mat and the free August treat that came with my order. I’m still in the midst of setting up his Maze Heaven. Although I’m making a two-story maze, I’m starting to question whether or not the second story will be able to support his weight. He’s a small to average-sized Holland, but I still question whether or not a piece of cardboard with tabs will be able to support him.

Anyone have any experience with a two-story Maze Haven they’d like to share? I’m sure I’m just being overly concerned over him as usual. XD

Based on people’s recommendations, I bought the strawberry treats and fruit wood chews for Jolene. I also bought a couple varieties of the new organic hay. She eats better than I do.

The cardboard will support him, don’t worry. Both my boys sometimes hang out together on the second floor and it’s fine. Combined they weigh about 10 pounds.
