  She is adjusting very well! She came home and ate some food, and then took a nap on me while i did some homework and then got up and when potty in her litterbox!! She and the bunny have met through the cage. basically they just sniffed eachother and seemed disinterested. The kitten didnt try to paw the bunny at all and the bunny just turned his butt to her and started munching hay. lol! i hope everything continues to go well!! isnt she a beautiful kitty! shes a tortoiseshell

  Aww she’s adorable! She looks kind of like my Peanut! Peanut Buster Parfait is her actual name…except Peanut has gotten pretty chunky since living here, I’ll have to find the one of when she first came to live with us…that’s when she looked more like Callie.

  Question for cat people-> Is she a ‘tortoiseshell’ or a ‘calico’ ? They are both gorgeous and what a cute little pink collar!!

  Torti is where it has kind of an overall marbled appearance, calico is where it looks more like a patchwork quilt. Where you have kind of a mix like that it’s apparently a “torti & white” which is what both of them appear to be (at least to me).

  Wow yea if you look at the different pictures on that wiki entry they both do look like Torti and Whites! The one picture I actually thought was Peanut LOL but then I realized that she wasn’t on the same color carpet that we have!
  
  Thanks PeppersMama, Peanut isdefinitely happier chunky too! She was a rescue from a “feral cat community” and I think she likes that layer of fat on her belly for insurance lol. When we first got her she was so tiny, and she was full grown at that point so she’s just filled out width wise since then lol. I think she’s found her true calling in life though…to sit around like in those pictures and just watch the world around her!
