  Hey all! i just wanted to post that i am making the move from Terre Haute to Muncie, Indiana to go back to college and Peppers coming with me. I fixed my car so that he would be able to be in his cage for the ride and not a pet carrier. I will be putting a slightly damp towel over his cage and a frozen water bottle in there with him, because i dont have air conditioning. I hope everything goes well. Its supposed to be 80 and cloudy, so i dont think it will be too hot anyway, but i know he will be stressed from the drive. Its a 2 hour drive, all highway. im just sooo worried. i hope everything turns out okay Wish us good luck please!!!

  Good luck!! I made a twelve hour journey with my two, and then twelve back home with three; It was no biggie they settle right in. I brought a syringe, water and baby pumpkin food and force fed them, but if it’s only two hours you probably won’t have to do anything like that. I’m sure you and peppers will do just fine Congrats on going back-what are you going to take?

  Good luck! Also, they do make fans for pet carriers now that are battery operated and some you can run A/C power to with a converter for your ciggy lighter.

  Thankyou everyone! i was just home to work for the summer and then back to muncie for the school year. I am a Junior, in my third year at college. I am going to Ball State University for a Masters in Landscape Architecture. Thankyou all!

  he will be excited when he gets settled in because he is getting a big pen when i get there! all to him self, plus total run of my room eventually lol! and knowing how easily i give in, he will end up getting total run of the house lol!

  lol yes he is already spoiled! i am gonna make sure everything keeps going good with him, get him into a vet next week in muncie, then get him neutered asap and probably start looking for a girlfriend! lol!
