  As everyone has asked…I added more pics of their house. They are free roaming babies until its bedtime, and then we take a long board and split them down middle, and leave open space on either side for them to be able to have open air. We are also in the process of building a extra large boxed/wired area that will go from our livingroom window, to the oiutside so they will have outdoor time, but also very protected .

  It looks like it’s all plywood? Hows the floor put together? I was just trying to figure out a way to put bunny in the bedroom because he loves the carpet, but I can’t risk getting the carpet stained at all.

  My husband made it. The boxes are empty ones that he gets from work, and they open or close on either end . They love them. They get in there and drag their hay with them and bury themselves. Lol.

  He took wood and just cut out where he wanted it, and we tiled it with cheap stuff from home depot, and put the edges on with more cheap stuff It didnt cost much at all to make…Just time.

  I might have to learn to build, is all! How old are your buns? Whats that green thing on top? Is it nailed, or screwed? Did you use power tools or do you think it’s something that could be put together without?

  wow… just wow! our buns live in our daughter’s play room, and i am currently day dreaming of all the awesome bunny abodes we could build for them. i love your little hawaiian bungalow. your husband did a great job and has inspired me to harass mine! of course, we own absolutely no tools beyond a single screwdriver and hammer!

  That…is absolutely amazing! I showed these pictures to my boyfriend, and told him that I fully expect him to build something just as awesome when he moves into a bigger apartment this summer .
