The boarding stable where I keep Misty has been for sale for over a year; and right now the barn is leased every month by Jo anne, who leases the barn/fields/riding ring from the owner of the house.

However, in a weird coincidence, I found out my realtor has very interested clients in the stable and house….! My realtor said they were really nice people and let the boarders there stay, but then Kendra, my part-lessee was at the barn yesterday and apparently the interested clients came to look around and Kendra eavesdropped and heard something about “letting the boarders stay” but also something about ‘giving notice to leave…’

And now I’m starting to get stressed out. Because I worked so hard to get Misty into this place; and Joanne, who leases the barn, is soooo amazing…and other than this stable, there is no other in my city that is decent…at all. The only other place that is decent is $500/month which I cannot possibly afford.

I guess I shouldn’t cross this bridge too early; but that kind of stresses me out. I would hope they would let me stay…and not kick me out because if that’s the case I have no idea where I could possibly take Misty. :-/

        Ergh…

Yes you should just wait and see, stressing now over something that might not happen is not worth it. They might not even buy it.

I totally agree with Lisa. Cross that bridge when you get to it.
