Olivia is such a little character! She’s always making me laugh.

She has such a pointy little nose and she’s always nosing around the cage door and latch and I always joke and say she could open a lock with  her pointy nose. When I open the latch and door she always “helps” me because I’m doing it too slow apparently. Her cage is a large dog kennel with a swinging door that latches closed at the bottom.

Last night we came home after being out for a few hours and walked into the bedroom, turned on the light and there is little Miss Olivia sitting on the bed, just staring at us! The little fart figured out how to unlatch her cage!!! Now I have to put a big heavy tupperware container against the door so she can’t get out for “unauthorized binkies”!

ps. yes it’s very sad I spelled Houdini wrong in the title. I can’t seem to edit it

The very first night we had DJ at home, I woke up the next morning to a pair of ears and a fuzzy little snout staring at me on the bedroom floor.  DJ’s pen was in the family room, on the other side of the house!  He had managed to squeeze apart the two ends of the xpen and slip under it.  He’s also escaped several times by leaping out of the pen.
