Do your bunnies migrate? It’s funny Kahlua and Rupert have a migration pattern. In the morning they are bouncing around the house, but mostly in the living room hallway area. When I come home in the evening they are in our bedroom under the dressers. Later on in the evening they are in their condo. Unroutinely but just as often they are under the couch or under their favorite table; If I wake up in the middle of the night their lounging in the hallway. It’s too cute, its like ‘oh five o’clock time to go’

I have noticed a migration pattern. A migration to the least accessible place right around bedtime! Also, I’ve noticed a pattern of vertical migration of late.

mine lay right next to their pen door at night when i’m watching tv. Mike works early so he goes to bed early, i stay up and watch tv till about 1 or 2… they will lay in the line of the doorway where the tv light shines. i don’t know if it’s just b/c they like that spot for nighttime, or if they like the light/sound from my bedroom… by the next morning they’ll be sleeping under the willow tent. during the day it’s the maze. almost all day.

Yeah I noticed that too.  During the day the cardboard box for Ruby and the Cotton shelf for Cotton.  In the late evening It is under the table or on the litter container.

I just realized that is just like horses and cows.  They migrate through the pasture during the day and nite. Interesting that buns do it too.

Ahhh good point BT! Maybe since they should be grazers they feel the need to move around duriing the day; But they are so full of food, being spoiled, they get to just lay around rather then graze/forage for food!

Mine start of in their pen, move to the window for some morning sun, then in the afternoon when the sun gets too hot Charlie heads to the couch & Layla sleeps behind the washing machine. Then at about 8pm, when it’s properly dark, they both come & lounge next to the TV with bf & me. When we go to bed they sleep about a metre (3ft…ish) away from our door, facing the door until some point in the morning when they head back to their pen. The migration begins anew…funny bunnies.
