  Well, went with another Betta. So many beauties to choose from! I so wish they would live together. My dream tank…55 gallon with a whole herd of Bettas and some Bristle Nose Plecos.
  
  He’s smokey grey and dark red, will attempt a pic soon.
  
  I was going to go with YinYang guppies, but they didn’t have any…and since I have 4 other Bettas, I already had Betta food!😁

  Oooh can’t wait to see pics! He sounds so cool! I miss my betta. My most recent one was named Sparkle Pony, I gave him to a friend when I moved cross country. I kind of want to set up another planted tank, but I have been directing that energy towards house plants for the time being because we might end up moving again relatively soon.
  
  I think it would be awesome to have a huge tank with a female betta sorority! Even they can have some issues though so you have to really be good about your tank set up and providing lots of hiding spots (and removing the ones that get too aggressive).
  
  I also had sparkling gourami before I moved, they were probably my favorite fish I’ve ever kept. So beautiful and so much personality! And they “croak”!
