How long do we have to wait until more are in? And come on – we need them more readily available.
Nobody else sells them as far as I can see I want one now – not when it’s back in stock. Ordering online already takes forever.
Sorry, I’m 22 and a product of having 24hr stores all around me.
I know it might not be good – but really, he’s so cute and doesn’t have a bunny friend so he needs cool things.
Did you see that you can get notified when the product comes into stock?
Patience
We all get excited about the items. BB ships quite fast actually. The products are worth the wait, and I think your bunny would be happy too.
Single bunnies are not necessarly bad – I’ve had one for 2 years ![]()
I’m not sure what the story is with the mazes, or their ETA, but I will send a link to this thread to BB (“Binkybunny”), the creator of the site AND the Maze Haven. No one else sells them because they are her creation. She obviously works very hard at maintaining this amazing site AND keeping the store stocked, so if the mazes are out, I am sure there is a very good reason as to WHY.
I know that you want WHAT you want WHEN you want it, but that’s not always possible. With age comes maturity and the need for patience, so this is a good opportunity for you! Lol… ;o)
ChaCha – I didn’t mean that they were bad at all
I love Buck – but I think he needs something else to explore where I can start hiding his treats and regular food.
i deleted the double post for you.
Think if them like an original piece of art, or a printed giclee of one. BB is the creator, so they are not mass produced in the usual way. I was about to recommend the tunnel (also created by BB) instead but they are sold out at the moment too.
You could take a plain, cardboard box and cut some holes in the sides, upside down, and maybe take two and push them together to make a temporary playhouse and hidey box until the orders come in. The mazes and tunnels are worth the wait. They last for years usually, too.
That’s awesome to hear – I’m super excited, I did ask to be notified when they are in stock and yea – I understand they are BB’s but I just kinda wanted to have it now. But I’ll appreciate it more after the wait – he better like it. Also – he’s 5lbs, how big are your guys buns? No problem with them and their weight on the cottontail cottage?
I havea 4 pound dwarf rabbit and she fits fine in both of the havens and mazes.
yay – thanks. They look really small in the pics and he’s pretty small compared to a lot of buns but just don’t want to get all excited if he won’t fit. I can’t wait til they’re in stock!
Okay so the story about the Haven Products (The maze, mini and tunnel) is that they will be in stock in couple of weeks. Could be a week and 1/2.
Just know though that in future if you do have a problem or concern about a product, please email. However, since many people have been asking about the Haven products, I figured it would be helpful to keep this thread and post about it.
I do apologize for it being out of stock for over a month now. There are some other suppliers, but they are out of stock because we are out of stock (as they get it from us). This has happened on occasion when the batch we order sells out fast. Normally, when the stock gets too a certain number, we reorder. To restock takes alot of time. The cardboard pieces are processed and cut at our manufacturer, then they get trucked to us, and then we have to actually assemble the pieces, scrunch up the tunnels, add packaging etc ourselves. So it can really take alot of time. So if the batch sells out fast, we then run out without being able to replenish quickly. And we can only order a certain amount at a time as it cost quite a bit to order AND store it—we have a separate small warehouse to store all of that cardboard. Just some of the challenges of small business.
So though we do try to plan the best we can, and we work on ways to make it better, things like this can get cause issues at times.
But it’s not too much longer before the Haven products will be available.
BB I find all of what you said terribly fascinating. I guess I’m doing the right thing staying in Business as my major ![]()
BB i totally understand and am so glad to wait now. Ive gotten a couple ideas on things i can do to hold off on the maze til its in stock. Thank you, and i didnt know its been that long maybe ill get 2 houses like the maze and cottage.
That’s really interesting, BB.
Mr. Buck, also notice how your bunny likes to play. Ie, if you have a climber, then try the cottage and the maze, which can be built for 2 stories. If your bunny is like mine, and stays on the ground, the tunnel and the maze (spread out on one level) might be better.
That’s kinda why I wanted the cottontail cottage and maze haven(flat one) because he likes doing everything from climbing on top of and exploring everything and wiggling his fat butt under things like dressers, couches, chairs and whatever. He really just wants to know everything in the area!
He’s so much fun to watch.
Mr. Buck, have you checked the store for the cat tower thing? They usually have tunnels and such as well that go with them or attach in some way shape or form. I know they’re not as awesome as the stuff you get here, but even a tower might hold you over. ![]()
Also… OMG LoveChaCha! D: Yours is 4 pounds?!?!? Mine are a little over 5 combined and nearly two years old! I didn’t think they got that big!!

Yes, definitely a good choice! It will serve you well in many many different careers. I definitely think it would be beneficial for anyone starting a business (even a small one with one product), take a few business courses as some of my favorite products came from small vendors, but didn’t succeed because they hadn’t thought thru how they could handle growth as expenses. It’s easy to overlook so many things!
On another note, we will be adding the haven products in the store this weekend for Preorder.
As we will be getting product in next week.
