I saw this on Facebook. It actually is a very good segment on bunnies. It’s in 2 parts, the first on the bunnies and the second on setting up an xpen to house your bunny. I was pleased to see Martha Stewart bringing accurate info. to her viewers.

Overall, pretty good. Of course there were bits of misinformation here and there, but I think he hit on the major points, so that’s great. I was a bit disappointed about the xpen bit, that small critter xpen is barely bigger than a store-bought cage and I think just as pricey as a midwest dog xpen), but he certainly had the right idea.

I do love that Mark guy. I used to wake up early to watch his show on pets. Even if I didn’t have a particular animal, it was always so cool to hear about their specific care. You don’t get that level of info when you buy a pet in the petstore, but he knows how to make it easy to understand.

And what about those bunnies?! They were so cute. I love his flemish. You don’t realize their size until you see them next to a regular size bun.

I think that guy is goofy, but most of his info. (and hers) was accurate enough to be pleased with a national TV airing. The word is out!

Bah! BBM me too! LOL I watched one while I was in the US just a couple days ago that’s funny we can’t see them here-I found that with Hulu too I can’t watch them, but Dave (my geeky bf) found some kind of way around being in Canada so now I can watch House on Hulu LOL

What if we could pressure Oprah into doing a ‘make mine chocolate’ seriously she’s got sooo much power… *runs off to plot*

Oh, poo. Didn’t know some of the links don’t work. K&K do they work via Facebook? You could invite me via FB and use your user name and I could show you that way in the future. I rarely post here but not there. No idea how feeds work.

Re Oprah: Why don’t you write her and include the article about your shelter, so it is coming from a “serious Professional with credentials” – that way she might be more impressed. You could also ask for them to cover it Next year, since they probably book these shows way in advance, and it’s the staff reviewing your suggestions, not Oprah herself initially.

I know I wrote Oprah and Ellen last year, but like Pam said, it may have been too late. I am sure they have their season fully scheduled, at least for the most part before they even start filming in some cases.
