Hi! i was just curious as I’ve searched alot of sites, if anyone might possibly know the answer. My male bunny, Galleta(cookie in spanish) who is less then a year old had been very interested in his dulop, he doesnt appear to be removing fur, nor is it in his cage, but in my opinion it seems like it’s more then cleaning. And I hope it’s not boredom, because he has supervised run of our apartment(excluding the bedroom, too many wires) for atleast an hour a day. Any ideas?  Thank you in advance!

You are refering to the little pudge under his chin? My female rabbit had one while she was overweight. She spent a lot of time cleaning it, licking it and even using it as a pillow. Your bun is probably just trying to keep himself clean.

Hello galleta! I agree, it sounds like he is just trying to keep himself clean, Daffodil does the same thing, especially after she drinks water and some of it dribbles on it (her dewlap).

I am guessing he’s likely just trying to keep in clean
