  Easter is about a month away and CHRS’s Make Mine Chocolate campaign is in full swing. Live rabbits do not make good Easter gifts for children. Each year, thousands of rabbits die when children lose interest in them.
  
  Right now, I’m in the process of convincing Oprah’s producers to feature our campaign on her show.
  
  Oprah arguably has the most social power of any single person in the United States. Imagine how many people all over the world we could reach with Oprah’s support.
  
  I need your help to make this possible.

  Just submitted a suggestion on the Oprah site, and copied your statement above to a bunch of my contacts to pass it on.
  
  They do need a simple petition that can be signed directly. I didn’t see one. Nice website though.

  I sent my request. That would be great if Oprah could spread a message to prevent extra bunny sales at Easter and then the dumping and abandonment months later.
