Luna has a stuffed bunny with a bell in it called a bunny blankie or as my boyfriend affectionately calls it the kick-my-arse-bunny.  She loves to beat the crap out of it.  She’ll wrestle it, sit on it, toss it around, whack it on the floor, and chew on its tail.  She doesn’t do this to any of her other toys.  If you hold it up she’ll smack it and knock it down. I’m not sure why she likes it so much (or doesn’t like it as the case may be).  Do rabbits frequently beat up defenseless stuffed bunnies? Do they choose favorite toys to kick the crap out of? Its quite funny to watch her. Below are some pics I took while she was playing with it.

She is so pretty! I do think buns have their favorite toys – I adopted a rabbit to be a friend to another rabbit who had a blue dog that was her favorite toy – her owners figured she was lonely and needed a friend because she was so attached to the toy. I don’t know, maybe they were right, she and Noah bonded in about 2 days tops.

My bun would beat up any stuffed animal it saw. Anything with four legs and fur would get a faceful of her paws. One day, however, I had a stuffed animal that had a growling box in it. She attacked it, it growled and she took off like a shot. Before I was done laughing though, she came back to it tentatively and then began to groom it.
