Olivia’s incision is healed. I was checking it up to about a week ago. Although I was only looking at it, not touching it. Tonight, I was looking at how nice her hair was coming back in and I rubbed the healed incision and there is a pea sized hard lump there, at the bottom of the incision. Now that I look too, it’s visible but I don’t know if it’s been there all along or just appeared. What could this be?

It could be a possible reaction to the suture.  (There are layers of internal sutures)  Does she go back to have external sutures removed or did they use surgical glue?

No, they were the dissovable sutures or maybe glue I’m not sure. But she’s perfectly healed up. Just a little white line now.

well, whew, that’s good news. I am assuming all is still fine with the incision area.
