  Hi y’all, my rabbit is young (about 12 weeks) and she was abandoned by her mom so she was only ever bottle fed. This makes her gut very sensitive and it can become fatal quickly. Today she did some poops that are long, soft, and log shaped. They look like tiny dog poops but they’re not in sections, just one long log of feces. She is also producing totally normal poop at the same time, and is running around totally fine. She hasn’t had any diet changes, and only gets pellets, hay, and a little bit of a store brand rabbit forage hay mix as a treat. Is this just growing rabbit stuff or should I be concerned?

  I don’t have any experience with babies, but I know that Bene-bac (a probiotic) is often used in wild-life rehabs for weaning young cotton tails. Have you tried any pro-biotics with her?
  
  It sounds a bit like unformed cecals. If you could post a photo it would helpful.
