Lola needs a new friend

At Rabbit Rescue, one of our very special bonded pairs has been broken .  Chucky and Lola were two bunnies who adored each other and had been through some tough times.  Sadly, earlier this week, Chucky went to the Rainbow Bridge, leaving little Lola behind.  Lola is very depressed without her mate and we are very worried about how this will affect her overall health.  She desperately needs a new bunny friend to lift her spirits.  For a picture of Lola and to read more about her and Chucky’s story, visit http://www.rabbitrescue.ca, it’s on the front page.

Oscar is doing much better – thanks for asking! His surgery went well and the growth on his chin turned out to be benign, not cancerous at all! So we are all REALLY happy for him! He’s such an awesome bunny who has been through a lot as well.

That is so sweet and so sad at the same time – it sounds like they were truly bunny soulmates. I hope that Lola finds a nice companion soon.
